BE MORE VISIBLE with your VISIBILITY SQUAD

A “Visibility Squad” is a structured program where groups of five women meet weekly to support each other in enhancing their visibility, positioning, and purpose in their professional or personal pursuits. Each session follows a clear structure or guide for cohort-based learning and peer coaching.

During the one-hour meetings, squad members engage in activities focused on visibility strategies, personal positioning, and purpose-driven actions. They apply new concepts, share experiences, and provide constructive feedback to one another. Additionally, at the beginning of the program, members learn how to set goals using the OKR (Objectives and Key Results) method to align their efforts with measurable outcomes.

The Visibility Squad offers a collaborative environment where women can develop skills, gain confidence, and navigate challenges together. By leveraging this supportive network and structured approach, members can amplify their voices, expand their networks, and achieve greater recognition in their fields or communities. Through mutual learning and shared experiences, the Visibility Squad facilitates individual growth and collective success among its members.

Expectations for the 8-Week Cohort-Based Course:
