Who We Are

EXPEERTS.club is a global network of women entrepreneurs, started by Clôd Baumgartner in 2020. We connect women worldwide through structured peer circles, creating spaces for growth, connection, and collaboration. Our mission is to enable radical connectedness and build strong support networks that empower women in the business world.

Your Mission

Your main responsibility will be to drive the success of our next Ignition Events and foster ongoing engagement within our global community. These online events bring together inspiring women from around the world to form meaningful connections and launch their first EXPEERTS.circles.

You will play a key role in identifying and reaching out to the right participants, guiding them through the onboarding process, and ensuring they feel supported and connected.

This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, self-driven, and experienced in sales, marketing, and community management, with a passion for building relationships and creating impactful networks.

Your Responsibilities

1. Outreach & Sales

• * Identify and target ideal participants worldwide (women entrepreneurs, changemakers, and professionals) who align with EXPEERTS.club’s mission.
• * Use existing tools (email lists, social media platforms like LinkedIn and Instagram) and create new strategies to reach potential members.
• * Craft compelling messages and invitations to motivate women to join the Kick-Off Event and pay for participation.
• * Conduct follow-ups via email or calls to secure sign-ups.

2. Community Engagement Actions

• * Facilitate meaningful conversations and interactions within the EXPEERTS.club online community to build trust and foster connections among participants.
• * Actively engage in our community platform by responding to questions, sharing resources, and sparking discussions.
• * Create and implement strategies to encourage ongoing participation and collaboration within the community after events.
• * Organize and lead small group discussions or check-ins to ensure all members feel included and valued.
• * Collect feedback from community members regularly to identify areas for improvement and opportunities to enhance engagement.

3. Participant Support & Onboarding

• * Serve as the main point of contact for all participants, ensuring they have all the information they need to feel confident and supported.
• * Onboard new participants smoothly, guiding them through the process of joining the event and understanding the EXPEERTS.circle structure.
• * Answer small and large questions from participants, providing clarity and support.

4. Marketing & Communication

• * Develop and execute a global marketing strategy to promote our Ignition Events across email, social media (LinkedIn, Instagram), and other channels.
• * Write and design engaging newsletters, social media posts, and campaign materials to build excitement for the event.
• * Build and manage automated communication workflows (email funnels) to guide participants from awareness to sign-up.

5. Event Coordination

• * Collaborate with the team to ensure the success of the March 2025 Ignition Event.
• * Oversee communication and coordination during the event, ensuring participants feel connected and supported.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who:

Sales & Outreach:

• * Has experience in sales, cold outreach, or community growth and knows how to identify and invite the right people to events or programs.
• * Is confident in communicating with people across cultures and countries to motivate and inspire them to join EXPEERTS.club.

Marketing & Communication:

• * Is skilled in social media (LinkedIn, Instagram) and knows how to craft engaging, targeted campaigns.
• * Has experience with email marketing tools, automated sales funnels, AI and CRM systems.

Community Engagement:

• * Is passionate about building relationships and making others feel valued and supported.
• * Has excellent organizational and communication skills to ensure participants feel guided and informed.

Proactive & Independent:

• * Can work independently, think strategically, and take ownership of their goals (with OKR).
• * Thrives in a remote environment but values collaboration and connection through weekly check-ins and co-working sessions.

Global Mindset:

• * Has experience working with diverse, international communities.
• * Speaks fluent English (German is a plus).
• * Lives in or close to Vienna

Compensation

• * Part-time compensation (Geringfügige Anstellung 560.- € / month).
